Shebatel shall provide internet connectivity to the Subscriber through fiber, ONU, UTP or other equipment’s that may be required after visiting the subscriber site. If the subscriber mentions a device, the subscriber will pay for it.
Subscriber shall not transmit any virus/spam/document or messages that are detrimental to internet user community around the world.
Subscriber shall agree to abide by all the rules, regulations & etiquette already existing or to be announced by Internet society.
Hardware warranty does not include replacement of any kind of spare’s damaged due to extraneous like lighting, fire, flood or any other force & faulty operations.
Shebatel shall provide technical support for its services; however, if support is necessary for third party software, applications or devices that Subscriber wants to use with Shebatel Internet connection, it is not guaranteed and may incur additional charge.
Subscriber shall pay their monthly bill within the due time mentioned in the invoice.
Subscriber shall not broadcast any message for any commercial or partial purpose.
Shebatel shall not be solely responsible for the data retrieved, stored or transmitted through the service.
Shebatel shall have the right to temporarily disconnect or terminate the services for giving any false information by the subscriber.
Shebatel shall not be liable for service interruption if any indirect, incidental, special, unavoidable circumstances, natural disasters or damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
Subscriber shall be solely responsible for the hardware and software that he/she uses in his/her side if there is any problem while using the internet.
